All of our Gourmet Truffles are hand rolled, then dipped in coverture chocolate. Our truffles are a true gift of elegance and pure indulgence. Our truffles are rich, creamy, and come in many popular flavors. Our truffles taste better than most because the chocolate is made thick for hand rolling, not thinned for piping into a chocolate ball the way mass-produced truffles are made. Taste the difference when truffles are made fresh for your order. Natural flavors include: Kona Coffee, Cherry, Orange, Hazelnut, Irish Cream, Amaretto, Chocolate,Peppermint, Raspberry, and our special Eros (herb) truffle. Artificial flavored truffles include: Blackberry, Strawberry, Pina Colada, Cappuccino (a coffee flavor with no caffeine).
Fifteen Handmade Truffles come in this box. You can choose all one flavor, or pick fifteen different ones. If you don't have a favorite, we can just surprise you. You can also pick the chocolate for the outside covering : Milk, Dark, or our special Blended Chocolate (our most popular style). Please send us any special request of truffle flavors or type of outside chocolate covering. The inside of all our truffle on this page is made with a wonderful semisweet dark chocolate. If you do not choose to send us special instructions we will send you a selection of truffles that we have made that day. If you don't request a covertures (covering) chocolate we will cover your truffles in our special blended chocolate (the type we make for stores).

Let us help you make your wedding special with our Handmade Chocolate Creations. We can make single truffles, small packages of truffles, or even chocolate roses. We can also personalize labels for our wonderful handmade chocolate bars. The chocolate bars are great for weddings, and for non-profit fundraising activity. We love to work with people and small groups when it comes to chocolate, so don't be afraid to ask. We do this on a regular basis locally in Humboldt County, CA, but we would be glad to make chocolates and send them almost anywhere. We do give discounts for large orders and to non-profit organizations, but we have no minimum order requirement to make something special. Use our contact form and we get right back to you. Truffles have a limited shelf life of two months. However, we really think truffles taste best when made fresh, so we make truffles almost everyday. We also use a natural preservative called invertase (an extract from a yeast enzyme), that way your truffles don't have to be refrigerated to be safe. If it's hot in your area, you might want to put your truffles in the fridge until you eat them all so they don't melt.
