Our Peanut Butter Bars are still the best selling bars that we make. You will never be able to eat a plain peanut butter cup again, after you try our Bar! What makes our so good? Well first, a layer of chocolate is put into the bar mold to line it just a little. Then we use a natural peanut butter and spread it onto the chocolate, and sprinkle it with little puffed rice crunchies. then the bottom of the bar is added on. Needless to say these are hand made and our bars are a bit lumpy, but in a good way. The new 72% extra dark bar also gets a few roasted ground peanuts added to the filling, just because the saltiness of the peanuts add to the bittersweet chocolate flavor. This is one of our 72% cacao bars. Beside being high in cacao we also added cacao nibs for a nutty crunch and Goji berries because of their anti-oxidant quality. While this bar is becoming very popular I must say that the extra dark chocolate camouflages the goji berries, and I think that is a good thing. Camo and Spotted Cow Bars
Just for fun, and good tasting too! Because we make all of our bars by hand we came-up with these special fun bars. The idea for the spotted cow bar came because we live in an area with lots of cows. The camo bar was developed because someone wanted it for her husband and he loves everything that's camo colored. Besides being fun to look at both of the bars are popular for their great taste. The spotted cow bar combines dark semisweet spots with white chocolate for a nice taste blend when you can't quite decide what you want.
