Our Beer Truffles are made with dark chocolate and beer from the Mad River Brewery, Blue Lake CA. Each chocolate piece has a unique textured design that we can leave plain or dust with FDA approved mica-based pearlescent pigment poweder.
These special Truffles contain no Dairy Products and we can make the boxes with a single flavor of beer or mix the flavors from the following beers:

Round Truffles with lines : Jamacian Brand Red Ale
Rectangle Truffle with square design : Double India Pale Ale
Square Truffle with texture : Porter Ale (Scottish Style)
Square Truffle with cocoa pods : Barleywine Ale
Rectangle Truffle with texture :Extra Stout
Round Truffle with cocoa pods: Mad Belgian

Drakes' new Artisan Beer Truffles come in gold boxes with clear lids for maximum visibility. These special Truffles contain no Dairy Products just Beer and Chocolate. We are using Beer hand crafted by Mad River Brewing Company, Blue Lake CA. They have a great tasting room in Blue Lake and also sell our truffles there. Check them out if your ever in Blue Lake, CA.
